The Sales, Marketing & Client Experience Associate Director will play a crucial role in establishing and leading the marketing and sales functions at Moss Adams India to support firm growth in the US market. This role will serve as part of the firm s Sales, Marketing & Client Experience (SMX) leadership and India leadership teams to develop a cohesive, high-performing team capable of supporting and driving the firm s strategic marketing, sales and CX initiatives. This leader will bring a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and hands-on experience in marketing and sales to lay the foundation for future global teaming models, ensuring excellence in delivery from India. This role will help build capabilities in campaign management, proposal and sales collateral production, data management and business intelligence, marketing operations, marketing automation and digital marketing. Responsibilities: Build and expand a skilled Marketing & Sales team in India, ensuring alignment with Moss Adams strategic goals and quality standards. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that reflects the firm s values across regions. Provide the team with essential tools, resources, and skills to support global marketing and sales operations effectively. Partner with US leadership to develop a clear vision for global teaming models and operational alignment. Drive innovation, automation, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality in marketing and sales functions. Define and implement a roadmap for the India team s strategic contribution to the firm s overall marketing and sales objectives. Ensure the delivery of high-quality work by establishing best practices, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of learning, professional growth, and high performance. Collaborate with US and India leadership to align marketing and sales strategies while ensuring operational synergy. Strengthen stakeholder relationships through effective communication and coordination to drive shared success. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. 12 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in a global professional services or consulting environment. Strong understanding of US professional services market and marketing dynamics. Proven experience in setting up and managing teams in a global capacity, particularly in a Global Capability Center or shared services setting. Strong understanding of marketing and sales operations, strategy, and execution, with experience in transformation initiatives including automation and innovation. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and grow talent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration. Ability to think strategically while also managing details and execution effectively. Experience with sales and marketing technology such as marketing operations, CRM, and marketing automation systems as well as data reporting/visualization tools.
