Job Description: As a People Operations Specialist based in Mumbai, your role will involve managing employee lifecycle activities, hiring fresh talent, and upgrading the skills of the current team. You will be responsible for setting up telecalling teams, engaging with sourcing managers, builder staff, and arranging training sessions to ensure the progress of each employee.
