Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable People Services Team Member to join our Skale 60 team. This role is responsible for delivering both strategic and operational HR support, ensuring excellence in service delivery, systems management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow, a solid understanding of HR policies and practices, and familiarity with employment practices across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries via ServiceNow, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Maintain and update employee records in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and leave management.
  • Assist in managing employee relations cases, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and local HR teams to support people initiatives and ensure alignment with regional practices.
  • Provide insights and data from Workday to support HR decision-making and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage service requests and cases in ServiceNow, ensuring SLAs are met.
  • Contribute to policy reviews and updates, ensuring compliance with APAC employment legislation.
  • Support continuous improvement of HR processes and service delivery standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with

    Workday

    and

    ServiceNow

    in an HR or People Operations environment.
  • Strong understanding of

    employee relations

    and case management.
  • Familiarity with

    HR practices and employment laws across APAC markets

    .
  • Fluency in

    English

    is required; proficiency in one or more

    APAC languages

    (e.g. Japanese, Korean, Bahasa) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Labour Law.
  • Certification or training in Workday or ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Experience 5 to 8 years.
  • Exposure to HR work in a regional or global context and in a shared services or HR operations environment.
