People Operations Specialist

Additionally, your continuous improvement mindset will be valuable in enhancing efficiency and employee experience in US People Operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the primary contact for US People Ops queries, ensuring prompt and service-oriented responses. - Manage US employment contracts, employee documentation, and HR records efficiently. - Supervise the background verification (BGV) process to ensure timely completion. - Assist in the onboarding process of US new hires, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience. - Collaborate closely with US stakeholders, colleagues in India, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery. - Identify and propose improvements to simplify and strengthen US People Ops processes. - Maintain consistency, standardization, and efficiency in HR operations delivery. - Work with colleagues in India, UK, and the US to share best practices and enhance global alignment. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling confident engagement with US-based employees and stakeholders. - Strong service orientation with a focus on employee experience. - Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset in implementing process enhancements. - Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - Proficiency in working with HR systems/tools, with experience in HRIS being a plus. - Availability to work in US time zones, including night shifts when required.
