About the Role

This role is about creating clarity, warmth, and trust across the employee journey — from onboarding to day-to-day support to the relationship with the client. It’s also about building systems that make this experience repeatable as we grow.


Yes, you’ll handle the operations — onboarding, payroll coordination, documentation, benefits, client updates — but the real job is making sure people feel looked after, understood, and confident in the process.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome new employees and set them up for success — the first 30 days matter a lot.
  • Coordinate payroll, benefits, reimbursements, and policies with care and accuracy.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with employees — you’re the person they trust to come to.
  • Keep clients updated in a clear, calm, dependable way — no surprises.
  • Create and improve internal processes so things get easier and better each quarter.
  • Represent InCommon’s tone and values in every interaction — thoughtful, precise, human.
