People Operations Specialist

Role Overview: As a part of the HR team, your role will primarily focus on recruitment, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and engagement. You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and supporting employer branding initiatives. Additionally, you will facilitate smooth onboarding processes, organize engagement activities, events, and recognition programs, and address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles. - Assist in employer branding initiatives. - Facilitate smooth onboarding by handling documentation and orientation sessions. - Organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. - Address employee queries related to HR policies and benefits. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Knowledge of HR policies and procedures. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. - Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment tools.
