Job Description

**Location:** Mohali, India **Shift:** US Night Shift **Job Description:** We are seeking IT Helpdesk Support Executives to provide first-line support for software, hardware, and network-related issues to our US-based clients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and remote desktop support. - Troubleshoot issues related to Windows OS, network connectivity, and the MS Office Suite. - Log incidents and maintain records of customer interactions. - Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level technicians. **Requirements:** - Strong English communication skills. - Familiarity with common IT support tools and practices. - At least 1 year of helpdesk experience is preferred. **Salary:** A 10-15% hike based on the current CTC. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,511.74 - ₹31,157.41 per month Shift: Night shift Work Location: In person
