**Location:** Mohali, India | **Shift:** Night Shift **Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Remote Desktop Support Executive to conduct remote troubleshooting sessions for US-based clients experiencing system and application-level issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Utilize remote access tools (such as TeamViewer and AnyDesk) to diagnose issues. - Provide support for antivirus installation, Windows updates, and performance tuning. - Maintain clear communication with clients and ensure timely follow-ups. **Requirements:** - Proficient knowledge of remote access software. - Strong verbal communication skills. - Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or IT support role.
