**Location:** Mohali, India **Employment Type:** Full-Time, Permanent **Shift:** Night Shift **Job Description:** Join our dynamic team as an IT Helpdesk Executive, providing technical support for our US customers. You will address queries related to system software, peripherals, email configurations, and networking issues. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat. - Diagnose and resolve issues related to MS Office, Outlook, printers, smart speakers, and more. - Guide users through step-by-step solutions. - Maintain a customer-focused approach with timely resolutions. **Requirements:** - Fluency in English (both written and verbal). - Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks. - Experience with smart devices and peripherals is preferred. **Education & Experience:** - Bachelor's degree preferred. - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. **Salary:** A salary increase of 10–15% on current CTC (negotiable). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹19,511.74 - ₹31,157.41 per month Shift: Fixed shift Night shift Work Location: In person
