People Operations Specialist

Role Overview: As the People Operations Specialist, you will provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle for L.E.K. Consulting's Asia Healthcare Business. This includes ensuring operational excellence in onboarding, offboarding, learning & development, performance reviews, HR compliance, and systems. You will be part of the centralized People Operations Team working closely with various stakeholders to deliver smooth HR processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage processes for on-going feedback and support the Performance Reviews Process - Deliver PD operations activities and manage the PD dashboard/reporting for Learning & Development - Support HRBPs with Interview scheduling, orientation, and preparing Offer Letters for Talent Acquisition - Lead the On-boarding & Off-boarding process, maintain trackers, and support HR compliance - Manage Visa processes, maintain employee systems and files, and support Workday implementation for People Operations & Compliance Qualifications: - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred - 2-4 years of HR operations, administration, or coordination experience / 3 years of generalists HR experience - Prior exposure to fast-paced, professional services or MNC environments preferred, ideally in consulting, healthcare, or similar - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Passion for people development, culture building, and continuous improvement Additional Company Details (if any): At L.E.K.
