Oversee payroll and manage documentation and ensure legal/statutory compliance.
Drive full-cycle hiring-- sourcing, scheduling, follow-ups, with internal teams and external partners.Create and manage simple scalable HR policies and workflows.

Required Candidate profile

Solid grounding in Recruitment, payroll & HR operations.Recommend retention strategies.Monitor headcount, attrition, and hiring metrics.Guide performance reviews, PIPs, and feedback conversations.
