Description
As a Project Lead for Data Aggregation systems in life science firms, you will play a crucial role in managing client projects from conception to delivery. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing and developing Data Aggregation projects and capabilities for specialty pharmacy, hub, specialty distributor, and 3PL, ensuring quality client services and timely project delivery within budget constraints. - Developing data management and reporting suites for patient and channel data. - Identifying data insights, trends, and patterns through data summarizations. - Advising on strategy, team resources, and deadlines, and engaging in data investigation and platform configuration tasks as needed. - Defining project scope and development approach, conducting issue analysis, and collaborating with data vendors to establish data exchanges. - Synthesizing findings, developing recommendations, and communicating results to clients and internal teams. - Contributing to product development initiatives and building data processes independently or with a team. - Utilizing coding for data processing and reporting, and providing project leadership for team members. - Monitoring progress, managing risk, and ensuring key stakeholders are informed about project outcomes. - Supporting management activities such as employee engagement, recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education. - Fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment, coaching and mentoring junior team members, and growing external client engagements. Additionally, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's or advanced degree with 8 to 10 years of professional experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, advanced Excel skills, and strong coding skills in Python. - Experience with HIPAA-compliant data management and specialty distributor EDI (852, 867) data. - Strong project management and people management skills, advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry. - Ability to work effectively with others, adapt quickly, thrive in an international matrix environment, and support US clients during US working hours with 3-4 hours of overlap.,
