People Manager

As a seasoned People Manager at a fast-growing consulting organization, you will be responsible for leading and scaling HR operations across India and the U.S. This senior role will require hands-on involvement in employee lifecycle management, compliance, culture building, and office leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding - Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and U.S. HR standards - Drive automation and process efficiency in HR systems - Lead performance reviews and maintain audit-ready records - Foster a values-driven culture and spearhead employee engagement initiatives - Act as the primary point of contact for managing space, logistics, and team cohesion - Serve as a strategic partner to leadership in different regions Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6-10 years of experience in HR/People Ops, with at least 2 years in a leadership position - Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and global HR best practices - Proficiency in HR platforms like Zoho, Keka, BambooHR, Rippling, etc. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities - Previous experience in a consulting or fast-paced environment is preferred - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred) This role is perfect for a self-driven, emotionally intelligent professional who excels at creating efficient, people-first HR operations.,
