People Manager

As a seasoned People Manager at our fast-growing consulting organization, you will be responsible for leading and scaling HR operations across India and the U.S. This senior role requires hands-on involvement in employee lifecycle management, compliance, culture building, and office leadership. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and U.S. HR standards, driving automation and process efficiency in HR systems, leading performance reviews, maintaining audit-ready records, fostering a values-driven culture, leading employee engagement initiatives, and acting as the face of the team managing space, logistics, and cohesion. Additionally, you will serve as a strategic partner to leadership across regions. To excel in this role, you should have at least 6-10 years of experience in HR/People Ops, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. A strong understanding of Indian labor laws and global HR practices is essential. Experience with HR platforms like Zoho, Keka, BambooHR, Rippling, etc., is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills are necessary, along with a background in a consulting or fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
