As a People & Culture Manager at MRIS-51, your role involves: - Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: You will be responsible for building a team of passionate educators and professionals aligned with the school's vision. - Onboarding & Learning & Development (L&D): Conduct smooth inductions and continuous professional development programs. - Policy Development, Implementation & Compliance: Develop and implement people policies in alignment with education regulations and labor laws. - Performance Management: Define Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs), conduct performance reviews, and support career growth initiatives. - Employee Engagement & Retention: Drive initiatives to enhance workplace culture, improve staff satisfaction, and foster long-term commitment. - Partnerships & Employer Branding: Strengthen engagement with partner institutions and lead employer branding initiatives. - Community Outreach: Organize networking events, speaker series, and workshops for students, parents, and faculty. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree or relevant educational background. - 5+ years" experience in Human Capital Management, preferably in education or related sectors. - Demonstrated ability to drive workplace culture and enhance engagement initiatives. - Willingness to travel monthly for off-site training and projects.
