People Manager

As a Project Lead in Data Aggregation for life science firms, your role involves overseeing and developing various Data Aggregation projects, ensuring quality client services, and managing client interactions. You will be responsible for developing data management and reporting suites, identifying data insights, trends, and patterns, as well as advising on strategy and team resources. Your key responsibilities include: - Leading Data Aggregation projects and capabilities related to specialty pharmacy, hub, specialty distributor, and 3PL - Developing data management and reporting suites for patient and channel data - Summarizing data and identifying insights, trends, and patterns - Advising on strategy, team resources, and deadlines - Defining project scope and development approach - Coordinating with data vendors and resolving data quality issues - Developing recommendations and communicating results to clients and internal teams - Providing project leadership for team members - Managing project finances and client invoices - Supporting management and employee engagement - Fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment - Coaching and mentoring junior team members - Growing external client engagements and ensuring seamless communication In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelors or advanced degree with 8 to 10 years of professional experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Word, with advanced Excel skills - Strong coding skills in Python - Experience with HIPAA-compliant data management - Experience working with specialty distributor EDI (852, 867) data preferred - Strong project management and people management skills - Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills - Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry - Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly - Ability to thrive in an international matrix environment and support US clients during US working hours with 3-4 hours of overlap Please note that the above qualifications, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time.,
