Join our team as a Quality assurance Associate and work on data investigation and provide program management support. As a Quality Assurance Associate within our Financial Services team, you will be responsible for allocating work, tracking status, and ensuring the completion of records assigned for testing. You will question and investigate data, provide program management support, and promote process improvements. This role provides an opportunity to apply your strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills, and your in-depth understanding of AML/KYC and control framework. You will also have the chance to demonstrate your ability to engage stakeholders and influence others for results. As a Quality Associate I within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our internal Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. Your expertise in quality control will be crucial in conducting thorough reviews, ensuring adherence to our operating procedures, and identifying areas for improvement. Leveraging your advanced computer literacy and proficiency in artificial intelligence, you will analyze quality results, pinpoint root causes, and propose innovative solutions. Your strategic thinking skills will be key in understanding the broader implications of quality issues and in driving change within the department. Your role will have a significant impact on our short-term departmental goals, contributing to the overall quality and accuracy of our KYC standards. Job responsibilities - Work allocation, track status and completion of records assigned for testing. - Ensure testing is completed within the agreed timelines with highest quality standards. - Question and investigate the reliability and integrity of data, the validity of conclusions and the appropriateness of assumptions made (where appropriate). - Provide program management support, including providing training on key applications and tools. - Effectively communicate with key points of contact to ensure the fluid sharing of information and feedback across pertinent teams. - Identify and promote Process improvements and other initiatives. - Identifying alternatives, options, and different ways of looking at issues/problems and to seek alternative scenario's. - Identify changes to processes and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency. Required qualifications, skills and capabilities: Bachelor's degree in Commerce,Finance, or equivalent work experience Min 5+ years of experience within the Financial Services industry AML/KYC knowledge, application support, and/or project management Possess in depth understanding of AML/KYC and control framework. Strong research, analytical, and comprehension skills, with ability to analyze large amounts of data. Demonstrated ability to raise issues or information to relevant stakeholders or management with respect to the control environment and to present the issue or information in a concise and effective manner Strong stakeholder engagement, including ability to connect business and IT stakeholders in a clear and efficient manner. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others for results. Good product knowledge - Market products, Banking products, Fintech, Securities and Lending, Corporate and Trade Finance
