Job Description

  • Global Transaction Management:

    Execute complex HR lifecycle transactions (hires, moves, terminations, comp changes) with zero tolerance for errors.
  • Payroll & Benefits Management:

    Own preparation and validation of payroll and benefits inputs; ensure discrepancies are flagged and corrected in advance.
  • Data Quality & Auditing:

    Perform recurring audits on employee and organizational data, resolving mismatches before they escalate.
  • Documentation & Process Control:

    Maintain clear, version-controlled process documentation; ensure the team follows globally consistent standards.
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence:

    Apply region-specific rules (labor laws, data privacy) rigorously and escalate exceptions with documented rationale.
  • Workday administration:

    Manage end-to-end transactions and troubleshoot errors with precision.

We are looking for:

  • A detail-obsessed executor who thrives on catching errors others miss
  • Comfort with large datasets, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis in Excel/Sheets
  • A structured thinker who can work with broad guidance but apply their own process rigor.

  • Experience in managing multi-country HR administrative tasks
  • Prior exposure to global Payroll and Benefits administration and Workday HCM are a significant advantage.

What you will bring.

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services

    , with a strong hold over high-volume transactional HR Administration.
  • Mandatory Multi-Regional Experience:

    Hands-on experience managing HR administrative tasks and data for at least two regions (US, EMEA, APJ).
  • Experience in Payroll/Benefits Data Management:

    Experience with the preparation and validation of data related to regional payroll and benefits processing.
  • Experience with a major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).

    Prior experience with Workday is highly beneficial

    and will accelerate your success in this role.
