Solid Pega implementation skills:
Case Management, Screen Flows, Activities, UI, File Import, Report Definitions, Correspondence
Experience with
Agents, Connect SQL
Ability to write and maintain
Pega Unit Test Cases
Working knowledge of
Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Good understanding of
Pega UI/UX concepts
Proven experience in
application performance tuning
Experience with
database tuning and optimization
Experience in
code reviews, design documentation, and enforcing design principles
Comfortable in
Agile/Scrum
setup; active in ceremonies and feedback loops
Strong collaboration with
BAs, QAs, and LSA
; clarity on user stories & acceptance criteria
Awareness of
application security aspects
during development
