Experience: 6+ Years Location: Chennai Shift: IST Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Only Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC to design, build, and implement scalable BPM solutions The ideal candi should have solid expertise in Pega application development, integrations, and platform best practices, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions using Pega PRPC Configure workflows, UI components, decision rules, case types, and data transforms Integrate Pega applications with external systems through SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, and services Participate in requirement analysis, solution design sessions, and technical discussions Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and guardrails during development Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities Support application upgrades, enhancements, and production issue resolutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, architects, and business analysts Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and reusable components Required Skills & Qualifications 46 years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development Strong understanding of case management, data modelling, integration techniques, and rule-based architecture Experience with Pega features such as Activities, Decision Tables, Flows, Data Pages, and Reports Knowledge of Pega integration components (REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services) Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills Pega CSA/CSSA certification is highly preferred
