Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:

The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and maintaining employee records related to compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update employee attendance, leave, and salary records.
• Handle full and final settlements for exited employees.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as

  PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS

  etc.
• Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments for inputs like new joiners, resignations, and salary changes.
• Prepare and share payroll reports and MIS as required.
• Manage reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.
• Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Support in internal and external payroll audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or related field.

• Experience:

  2–5 years of experience in payroll processing.

• Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g.,

  Tally, GreytHR, Keka, SAP HR

  , etc.)
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
• Good understanding of

  labour laws and statutory compliance

  .

• Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Good communication and confidentiality
