Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing, including salary processing, statutory laws compliance, and leave management.
  • Ensure accurate attendance tracking and reporting to maintain employee records.
  • Coordinate with multiple sites for effective implementation of payroll processes.
  • Provide support in statutory compliance matters related to payroll administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies throughout the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in Payroll Management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
