Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and review payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Validate timesheets, attendance, and salary components.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.).
  • Handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for salary disbursement and reconciliations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of payroll data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in

    finance, Accounting, HR, or related field

    .
  • 3+yrs years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    and payroll software.
  • Strong understanding of

    statutory compliance and labor laws

    .
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with

    Indian and global payroll processes

    .
  • Knowledge of

    taxation and benefits administration

    .
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
