Job Description


  • Manage and validate parallel payroll runs to reconcile differences between the legacy system (ECC) and ECP.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and payroll teams, to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to the payroll transition.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements related to payroll in India.
  • Provide expertise in resolving complex payroll-related issues during and after the transition.

    • Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Bachelor's Degree Required technical and professional expertise
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Chain / Japan Payroll processes are preferred.
