Payroll Manager (Mumbai)

Responsibilities

1. Preparation of

   HR MIS

   (includes detail, manpower & cost analysis, entry, exit, attrition, recruitment status, retention, trainings, age ratio, productivity reports etc.).
2. Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.

3. Payroll Management

   - Smooth, accurate and timely processing of all payroll inputs, Incentive payout, Leave without Pay data, Salary reversals, Full & Final settlement, Statutory Compliance Investment Scrutiny’s, Form-16, Bonus Working etc.
4. Validation & Verification of payment data to ensure zero errors.
5. Handled

   HR Audit

   process - Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

6. HR Compliances

   - Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
7. For PF-Give the PF number to employees, submit the necessary statement such as Form 5, Form 10, PF challans on a monthly basis.
8. Obtaining EPF Registration / EPF Code Number.
9. Preparing and filling monthly returns with Employee’s Provident Fund Authority
10. Assistance to employees in Withdrawals from EPF.
11. Assistance to employees in Transfer of EPF Accumulation.
12. Correspondence / Liasoning with concerned EPF Department / Office.
