Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management for the management.
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings.
  • Spokesperson for complete coordination for management.
  • Scheduling: Maintaining calendars, arranging appointments, and scheduling meetings and conferences.
  • Drafting and answering emails on his behalf. Taking minutes of the meeting in the monthly business reviews and distributing and follow-up with Head of Departments.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, letters, and other documents to ensure its accuracy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality about management or business information.
  • Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the MD, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and reservations.
  • Provide support to the executive team as directed, contributing to the achievement of company goals and objectives.


Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
