Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Payroll Specialist with 5-6 years of experience to manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support HR functions related to compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete payroll processing cycle accurately and timely for all employees.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Income Tax, and other applicable laws.

- Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions.

- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate salary processing and disbursement.

- Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings related to payroll.

- Address employee queries related to payroll and benefits.

- Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

- Support in salary structure revisions, bonus calculations, and incentives.

SAP exp is compulsory

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or relevant field.

- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in payroll management.

- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and labor laws.

- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., SAP, HRMS, ADP, or similar).

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
