Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage timesheet processing for US clients.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Prepare and reconcile payroll reports with high accuracy.
• Handle payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in

  US payroll process

  is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Flexibility to work in

  US shift timings

  .

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Familiarity with US payroll tools/software.
• Previous client-facing experience.
