Payroll Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll for assigned countries/clients accurately and on time.
  
• Validate salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions (e.g., CPF, MPF, EPF, etc., as applicable).
  
• Manage employee reimbursements, bonuses, and other variable components.
  
• Maintain up-to-date payroll records and employee master data.
  
• Prepare and review payroll reports for management and client submission.
  
• Ensure compliance with local tax and employment regulations.
  
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders (tax, HR, finance) for payroll-related queries.
  
• Support year-end payroll activities and statutory filings (e.g., IR8A, P60, 1099, etc.).
  
• Continuously improve payroll processes and contribute to system enhancements.

• Timely chasing clients for settlement of Accounts Receivables.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  
• 1-3 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in a professional services or multinational environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of statutory payroll compliance and labor regulations.
  
• Hands-on experience with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
  
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills in a multi-country, cross-functional setting.
