Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee payroll support. The role ensures accurate and timely salary disbursement while supporting HR and Finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll including attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, and statutory filings Maintain payroll records and generate reports Handle employee payroll queries, final settlements, and gratuity Manage payroll data in HRMS and support process improvements Key Skills: Strong knowledge of Indian payroll & labor laws Experience with payroll software/HRMS High accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
