Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items in the tandoor oven, such as naan, roti, kulcha, kebabs, tikkas, and grilled dishes. Marinate meats and vegetables with proper spice blends and flavors. Ensure the tandoor is operated safely and maintained at the correct temperature. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Monitor and manage inventory of tandoor-related ingredients and supplies. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Adhere to all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation regulations. Assist in menu development for tandoori and grilled items. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tandoor area.
