Role & responsibilities:

Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end payroll processing

  for assigned clientsdata collection, salary calculation, and final payout.
• Handle

  PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax

  registration, contribution, return filing, and challan preparation.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of

  monthly challans

  for all statutory components.
• Maintain client-wise employee records and payroll data with accuracy.
• Stay updated on statutory labor law amendments and ensure

  full compliance

  with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve payroll discrepancies or compliance queries.
• Support in preparation of MIS reports and audit documentation when required.

Preferred candidate profile

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce or related field.
• 25 years of hands-on experience in

  payroll and statutory compliance

  (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS on salary).
• Good knowledge of payroll software or Excel-based payroll management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet monthly timelines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for client interaction.
