Payroll Executive

Job Summary:

The Payroll Executive is responsible for processing employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, maintaining payroll records, and coordinating with HR and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll for employees including wages, deductions, incentives, overtime, and reimbursements
  
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries
  
• Calculate statutory deductions such as

  PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and LWF

• Handle new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and full & final settlements
  
• Prepare and maintain payroll reports and MIS
  
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
  
• Coordinate with banks for salary uploads and payments
  
• Maintain payroll records, payslips, and employee data confidentially
  
• Address employee payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies
  
• Support audits and statutory inspections related to payroll
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, HR, or related field
  
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliances
  
• Hands-on experience with payroll software and MS Excel
  
• Good understanding of PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and labor laws
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Strong communication and coordination skills
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in workforce payroll
  
• Knowledge of attendance systems and shift-based payroll
