Payroll Executive

We are seeking a Payroll Executive with strong expertise in payroll processes, including pre- and post-disbursement verification, Full & Final Settlement (FFS), gratuity, and incentive verification. The role involves ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of payroll activities for client sites.

• Handle payroll verification before and after salary disbursement.
  
• Manage Full & Final Settlement (FFS) for exiting employees.
  
• Calculate and process gratuity and other statutory benefits.
  
• Verify incentive payouts and ensure compliance with client policies.
  
• Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
  
• Coordinate with HR and finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
  
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and internal controls

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
  
• Hands-on experience in payroll verification, FFS, gratuity, and incentive calculations.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus).
  
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  

Eligibility

• Education: B.Com / M.Com (mandatory).
  
• Experience: 2–4 years in payroll processing and related functions.
