Payroll & Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

HR Professional with over 5+ years of professional HR/IR and Legal work experience.
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicability by maintaining records.
Representing the organization at court hearings.
Provide valuable support to the management by informing new legislative changes.
Have a good understanding of HR Policies, procedures and legal frameworks.
Liasioning & Maintaining good rapport with the Authorities & Officials from Government Departments.
