Job Description

Role Overview: You will be working as a Partnership Lead in a digital lending marketplace focused on providing secured business loans for MSMEs. Your main role will involve managing relationships with key distribution partners, activating and educating them to generate high-quality loan referrals, and ensuring a seamless partner experience. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard high-potential partners such as CA firms and real estate consultants. - Conduct demos, webinars, and workshops to educate partners on platform features. - Serve as the primary contact for partners, resolving queries in a timely manner. - Drive quality lead flow through partner engagement, campaigns, and training. - Monitor partner activity and revenue contribution, providing insights for improvement. - Collect feedback from partners on usability, loan products, and support quality. - Support the rollout of loyalty programs and incentives to motivate partners. Qualification Required: - 26 years of experience in relationship management, sales, partnerships, or business development in BFSI, fintech, or lending. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. - Prior experience working with Chartered Accountants or the real estate industry is a plus. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-enabled startup environment. - Proficient with CRM tools and data dashboards for monitoring partner performance.
