Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Partnership Associate located on-site in Bengaluru. The Partnership Associate will focus on developing and nurturing relationships with key business partners, ensuring the seamless integration of Fairexpay's solutions. Responsibilities include identifying potential partnerships, executing strategies to build and maintain effective collaborations, and coordinating with internal teams to align partner needs and objectives. The role also involves keeping up with industry trends and providing feedback to enhance services.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Ability to identify partnership opportunities and design effective collaboration strategies
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and business development practices
• Experience in project coordination and working with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of financial services or cross-border payment systems is an advantage
• Self-motivated, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
