Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Partnership & Alliance Manager to drive business growth through strategic collaborations, alliances, and partnerships. The role involves identifying, negotiating, and managing relationships with key partners, fintech players, NBFCs, banks, and digital ecosystem enablers to expand our product and market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners (banks, NBFCs, fintechs, digital platforms).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations.
• Drive revenue growth through co-lending, co-origination, distribution, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, risk, operations, technology, and compliance) to ensure seamless execution of partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms, agreements, and partnership structures aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze performance of alliances to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in fintech & NBFC space.

              Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA/Graduate with 2–3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development in fintech, NBFC, or banking sector.
• Strong understanding of financial products (personal loans, business loans, payments, co-lending, digital lending).
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
