Role Overview: As the Partnership & Alliance Manager/Sr Manager at Selsmart, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with top Consumer Electronics companies and National & Regional Electronics retailers. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, account management, negotiation of partnership agreements, performance monitoring, problem resolution, and cross-functional collaboration. This position requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and nurture long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and sign new partnerships and accounts. - Cultivate strong relationships with existing and new partners, acting as the primary point of contact. - Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, terms, and contracts. - Monitor and analyze partnership performance against predefined KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management. - Proactively identify and address challenges or conflicts within partnerships. - Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and smooth execution of new projects. Qualifications Required: - Education: BA / BTech with MBA. - 8 to 14 years of proven experience in partnership management and/or business development. - Strong network of relationships within the Consumer electronics companies and National retailers. - Demonstrable experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing complex deals and partnerships. - Ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, negotiate persuasively, and drive revenue growth. - In-depth understanding of FMCD market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry trends. - Results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.,
