Role Overview

We are looking for a Partner Success Manager (PSM) to build, enable, and scale our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring that our sales and implementation partners are successful, profitable, and aligned with SixOrbit’s product and growth goals.

The Partner Success Manager will act as the single point of ownership for partner onboarding, enablement, certification, performance tracking, and ongoing success.

This is a strategic role, not a pure sales role.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Onboarding & Enablement

  • Identify and onboard qualified sales and implementation partners
  • Run structured partner onboarding programs (product, industry, and process training)
  • Ensure partners are demo-ready and implementation-ready
  • Maintain partner documentation, playbooks, and training material

Partner Training & Certification

  • Design and execute partner certification programs (Sales, Implementation, Support)
  • Conduct regular training sessions (online/offline)
  • Validate partner readiness before allowing independent implementations
  • Periodically re-certify partners based on product updates

Partner Performance & Success

  • Track partner KPIs such as:
  • Leads generated
  • Deals closed
  • Implementation success rate
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Renewals & AMC performance
  • Conduct quarterly partner reviews
  • Identify underperforming partners and execute improvement plans

Partner Support & Escalations

  • Act as the first escalation point for partner issues
  • Coordinate with Product, Support, and Engineering teams
  • Ensure SLA adherence by partners
  • Reduce direct SixOrbit dependency by improving partner self-sufficiency

Partner Growth & Revenue Enablement

  • Help partners grow revenue through:
  • Upsell & cross-sell opportunities
  • Industry-specific solutions
  • Multi-location rollouts
  • Support partners in large or strategic deals when required
  • Drive partner-led implementations and renewals

Partner Governance & Quality Control

  • Enforce partner policies, contracts, and quality standards
  • Maintain partner tiering (Referral, Certified, Strategic)
  • Recommend partner upgrades, downgrades, or termination
  • Protect SixOrbit brand and customer experience

Key Outcomes Expected

  • High-quality, self-sufficient partner ecosystem
  • Reduced implementation and support load on internal teams
  • Higher partner-led deal closures
  • Strong customer satisfaction through partner-delivered implementations
  • Predictable partner-driven revenue growth

Travel Requirement: The position requires travel as part of the job responsibilities. Applicants must be open to travelling as and when required.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

  • 3–5 years experience in:
  • ERP implementation
  • SaaS partner management
  • Channel enablement or customer success
  • Strong understanding of:
  • ERP workflows (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting)
  • Indian SMB business processes
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Ability to manage multiple partners across geographies
  • Structured, process-driven mindset

Good-to-Have

  • Experience working with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Tally, Zoho, or similar)
  • Experience building partner programs from scratch
  • Exposure to SaaS or subscription-based business models
  • Technical understanding of databases, integrations, APIs

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working Time: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
