Senior Software Quality Analyst Position Summary Bentley Systems is the leading global provider of software solutions to engineers, architects, geospatial professionals, constructors, and owner-operators for the design, construction, and operations of infrastructure. It requires us to deliver software of the highest quality to ensure infrastructure is safe and complies with regulatory requirements. As a Software Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for automated and manual testing of the OpenUtilities software. Responsibilities Owning the entire test lifecycle for assigned features/feature areas. Participation in test framework development and creation/maintenance of test automation Writing & executing high quality test plans and test cases based on both technical design and customer use cases that ensure the product meets functional, usability and performance requirements. Creating bug reports, ensuring accurate reproduction/root-cause analysis, and collaboration with Development on fixes Providing accurate time and effort estimates Maintaining testing infrastructure Research into new testing best practices as well as quality/compliance standards. Collaboration with Product Mangers/Architects, Developers, and Project Managers as well as peers in the test organization Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities BS or MS in Computer Sciences from a well-reputed local/international institute with 2+ years of experience in test automation. Knowledge of automation and test tools like TestComplete, Selenium, etc. is highly preferable. Understanding of Version Control System, familiarity with Azure DevOps Proficient in scripting languages like VBScript, JavaScript etc. Programming experience and knowledge of Software Quality Assurance practices. Experience with Databases (Oracle, SqlServer) Experience with MS Office, especially Excel Excellent communication, organizational, technical analysis, and problem-solving skills. Team-player with strong collaboration skills Familiarity with Agile development processes A self-directed learner who is adaptable and detail oriented. Ability to assess and isolate problems leading to root cause. Experience in Infrastructure Networks (Electric, Communications, Water, Gas etc.) preferable. . Product Sales Engineer, Water Position Summary: Bentley Systems invites talented individuals to join our high-performance team of Product Sales Engineers. Product Sales Engineers drive new sales of assigned brands into accounts. This is a sales revenue generating role supporting new and existing accounts with Bentley software products, services, training, and cloud offerings that help our users achieve their desired business outcomes. You will help grow market share of assigned brands within your region. Successful Product Sales Engineers will thrive in a fast-paced environment, are self-motivated and will ideally have inside sales experience. Responsibilities: . Responsible for selling Bentley's water & wastewater solutions into both new and existing users. Qualify and close transactional inbound and usage-based opportunities. Expertly use LinkedIn and other social media means to engage prospects. . Qualify and close transactional inbound and usage-based opportunities. . Design and deliver Sales Campaigns and Outcome based Live Sessions . Create effective business plans to prospect for net new business opportunities and drive sales in assigned territory to exceed quota. . Develop a sales pipeline and forecast all revenue by effectively following sales process and managing all opportunities in CRM. Adhere to the Bentley Sales Process fully utilizing Hubspot as a daily sales tool and reporting system . Promote our value proposition to designers, engineers, contractors, and owners by providing technical solutions to help the customer's meet or exceed business objectives. . Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of all Commercial Offerings and Software Support Policies. . High level use and comfort utilizing social media and prospecting intelligence resources. . Negotiate sales and/or service agreements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering and preferably a master's degree in water resource, environmental or relevant training and/or experience . Preferred minimum of 4- 5 years of experience within an engineering organization. . Familiarity with Bentley WaterGems, SewerGems or similar products. . A pleasant non-intrusive manner, positive attitude, eye for detail, resourceful and inquisitive.. Self-starter, driven and accountable. . Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and coordinate activities. . Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business applications is required. .
