SaaS Company Partner Manager We are looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives with our partners The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, channel partnerships, and IT/software solutions This role requires strong relationship management, marketing expertise, and a data-driven approach to drive partner engagement and revenue growth Roles & Responsibilities for Partner Relationship Management Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential partners Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive traffic and expand market presence Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners Lead contract negotiations and ensure the development of clear and mutually beneficial agreements Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are executed smoothly Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and regularly evaluate and report on the success of partner initiatives Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize partnership performance Provide training and resources to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities Effective communication between internal teams and partners Skills for Partner Marketing Specialist Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proven experience in partner management or business development within the SaaS industry Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach Benefits If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for building successful partnerships in the SaaS industry, we invite you to apply and contribute to the growth and success of company
