Partner Marketing Specialist

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential partners.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive traffic and expand market presence.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure the development of clear and mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are executed smoothly.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnerships and regularly evaluate and report on the success of partner initiatives.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize partnership performance.
• Provide training and resources to partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Effective communication between internal teams and partners.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partner management or business development within the SaaS industry.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
