Job Description

Job Purpose:

Partner Connect Manager (PCM)

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Engagement

-Identify and align suitable partners in coordination with Microsoft subsidiary teams.
-Upskill and enable partners to build Cloud capabilities aligned with Microsoft solution areas.

- Drive active engagement through events, webinars, and partner campaigns in collaboration with CLMs.
- Classify and prioritize partners based on workload specialization, customer type, and revenue potential.

Partner Profiling & Onboarding

- Ensure accurate and timely onboarding of partners using the R&T adoption platform.
- Maintain updated and compliant partner profiles.

Pipeline Co-ownership

- Collaborate with CLMs/SAS to warm-handshake qualified opportunities.
- Co-own and manage pipeline with partner till deal closure for tactical accounts or deals meeting the agreed threshold.

Account Handling & Sales

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsofts product suite, licensing models, and cloud services.
- Convert partner-influenced leads into sales opportunities through strategic engagement and consultative selling.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:

    Graduate or Post Graduate (Business, Technology, or related fields preferred)
  • Certifications:

    Microsoft Cloud/Partner Management certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Language Expertise:

    English; Regional/local language proficiency (based on market served)

Required Skillsets:

  • 3+ years of total experience, with

    minimum 2 years in B2B sales or partner/channel management

  • Excellent relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities
  • Ability to understand cloud transformation and Microsofts ecosystem
  • Capable of handling multiple partners and driving collaboration at scale
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft collaboration platforms (Teams, Outlook, Excel)

Additional Information:

  • This role requires

    work from office (Noida)

    with periodic partner and client interactions (virtual/in-person).
  • Candidates with prior Microsoft ecosystem exposure or SaaS/cloud-based sales experience will be preferred.
