Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Partner Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with channel partners for IT hardware portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving partner engagement, sales growth, and operational excellence etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key partners.
  • Drive partner enablement, onboarding, and training for IT hardware products (Laptop, Desktop)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations) to support partner success
  • Monitor partner performance and implement growth strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, incentive programs.
  • Resolve partner issues and ensure smooth operational tasks.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to internal teams for product and strategy refinement.

Requirements

  • Min. 4+ years of experience in partner management, preferably in IT hardware (PCs, servers, peripherals, etc.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of driving partner-led revenue growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and lead management.
