JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate Own and execute all marketing automation programs in Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), ensuring seamless lead capture, nurturing, scoring, and reporting before handoff to Salesforce CRM.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and manage Pardot campaigns: drip programs, lead nurturing, re-engagement flows.
• Create and maintain forms, landing pages, and email templates in Pardot.
• Ensure all website forms, event leads, and digital campaigns sync into Salesforce with correct source, campaign, and brand tagging.
• Set up lead scoring and grading models to auto-classify MQLs.
• Segment audiences for personalized communication across brands and geographies.
• Design and manage customer journeys in Pardot Engagement Studio (for architects, PMCs, contractors, dealers).
• Run A/B testing on emails, landing pages, and nurture campaigns; optimize based on conversion data.
• Track campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, MQL to SQL conversion) and present monthly reports.
REQUIRED SKILLS, QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Skills:
• Strong understanding of lead scoring, grading, and automation workflows.
• Proven experience with Engagement Studio journeys.
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of Salesforce campaigns, connectors, and reporting.
• Bonus: UTM tagging and Google Analytics knowledge. .
Qualification and Experience:
• Any graduate with 3–5 years hands-on experience with Pardot Salary would be in line with the experience.
