Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. - Introduce products or services to prospects and explain their features and benefits. - Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities. - Present product demonstrations or sales pitches to prospects, addressing any questions or objections they may have. - Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager or team lead. - Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and feedback for continuous improvement. - Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study. - Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and rapport with prospects and existing customers.
