We are looking for motivated Inside Sales Consultants / Telecallers, preferably female candidates, to join our team.
- Experienced candidates in real estate sales or telecalling.
- Freshers with strong communication, adaptability, and sales aptitude.
- The primary responsibility is generating high-quality prospects for luxury properties, which will then be handed over to senior sales executives for deal closures.
- Make cold calls and cold emails to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a prospect list for residential and commercial properties.
- Identify and qualify interested prospects for property investments.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with seniors for client meetings.
- Maintain CRM and lead tracking for smooth handover to senior sales executives.
- Achieve weekly call targets and maintain quality prospect lists.
- Assist seniors in improving client conversion rates.
- Female candidates preferred; freshers and experienced are both welcome.
- Experience in real estate sales, telecalling, or inside sales is a plus.
- Knowledge of Noida real estate market preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and sales skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
