We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving property sales while representing Realty Darts vision of trust and excellence.
- Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in residential and commercial real estate.
- Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and presentations to showcase projects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns and follow up on inquiries.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property launches.
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales performance and client interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/business development (real estate experience is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
