We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager / Senior Sales Professional to join our high-performing sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, client acquisition, and deal closures, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in residential and commercial real estate.
- Drive sales closures by engaging clients and converting leads into deals.
- Generate new leads and onboard clients effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior sales executives to help them achieve targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to plan sales strategies and achieve revenue goals.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through consultative sales and after-sales support.
- Meet and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets.
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales / portfolio management, preferably in Noida / Delhi NCR.
- Proven track record of deal closures and high-value property sales.
- Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and mentor junior sales staff.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment.
